LHS Band Handbook 2008-2009 : Your Marching Band Bible, this publication
describes everything you need to know about the band but was afraid to ask.
l Letter to parents of 8-11 grade students. Following is a list of important forms that students and parents will need to complete for the up-coming school year: HIPAA, Medical Consent, SF schools Activity Packet, Family Medical Insurance, Physical Evaluation, Pre-participation Health History.
l Band rules : This form has rules for band trips. It must be signed and returned in to receive your Marching Band uniform.
l Uniform Agreement : This uniform agreement must be signed and turned in before receiving your Marching Band uniform.
