Individual Student Accounts

Marching band and fall color guard students have an individual student account (ISA) set up to keep track of balances due and fundraising dollars accrued for these programs. The Band Parent Association has a volunteer ISA Treasurer who uses a software program to manage student accounts.

Student Accounts: What They Cover & How to Pay

For various programs students participate in, there are costs families are responsible for above and beyond what the school district and the Band Parent Association is able to cover. The program cost students are responsible for will be communicated in advance to families, and amounts will be higher during big trip years.

Marching band: Typically, fall program amounts for colorguard and band students are announced by April before the season (usually at the show reveal).
Marching band 2024 Macy's trip: This amount is $1,710 with the first payment due to the band directors by check or cash along with the trip agreement on January 5, 2024. See our Macy's student trip page for more details.
Winter Guard and Jazz Band: These amounts will be announced directly to participating students.

Program costs covered by ISAs most often include:

Music, music instruction and percussion arrangement
Color guard and marching band staff
Transportation, lodging and some meals for specific competitions
Transportation of students and gear to various venues

Scholarships

Scholarships may be available to help with financial assistance. Refer to our form to complete a request, which will be confidentially reviewed by the BPA executive board.

Charms Online Account

Students and families can access their individual student account (ISA) by using the band's database, Charms.

To Access Charms:

Go to www.charmsoffice.com.
Choose Login.
Under Parents/Students/Members, enter your school code: thelincolnband
Click Enter Student/Parent Area.
Student Area Password: your student’s 6-digit student ID

Once logged in, you can change your password, update student and parent contact information including mailing address, email address and phone numbers.
