jazz bands

We have three jazz ensemble groups with placement via audition.

Jazz rehearsal takes place during a class in the school day, and students get credit for the class. Additional rehearsals before or after school may take place if a jazz group is participating in contests or competitions. ​

Additional notes:

• Jazz performance dress code: Student-provided black dress clothing is required. 

• If travel is involved in a jazz competition, it may require additional costs on behalf of students and families.
