Student closed rehearsal starts. The stands aren't open at this time, but you can get donuts, coffee and water plus visit our info and merch tables.

The stands open to family and friends who get the good fortune of seeing and hearing the students, directors and instructors in their element.
You’ll also hear from our band directors and instructors about this year’s field marching show and what students have been working on so far.

Things to Know

This event is ideal for band families, grandparents, extended family and close friends.

If you have one, bring a stadium chair, cushion or blanket for extra comfort on the bleacher seats.

Feel free to take photos of the band at the event, but please do not share videos online or on social media. We want to keep some secrets from the general public.

Be prepared to hear very loud ticking sounds. It’s from a metronome, which the band uses early in the season as a practice tool to produce a steady pulse (or beat) to help musicians play rhythms accurately. The pulses are measured in beats per minute (BPM). Don’t worry, it’s no longer used when competitions start.

The BPA is selling coffee and donuts, available as a free-will donation for the BPA. Get yours while they last, but we will save some for students.

Pick up your pre-ordered 2025 show gear and spirit wear: This is for families who ordered spirit wear online before the July 27 deadline.

We will have limited additional band merchandise. Show shirts won’t be available.

Fundraising: Car Raffle

Buy online or paper tickets.

Pick up paper tickets to sell or flyers to hang at your place of work.

If you’ve sold paper tickets and have those and money, you can turn them in at the Car Raffle table.
